BReaking Up a dog fight Seminar

If you own or are around dogs often this is an important skill. There will be no dogs allowed in this seminar as I will need your complete focus on the lesson as well as the hands on part of class where you will get to try different tools.
*Please understand this seminar will show videos that can be very troubling for adults and we do NOT recommend this seminar for children.

We will also talk about the different tools out there and their pros and cons so you can be a more informed buyer.

We also offer staff training for local vet clinics, rescues, and other businesses! Please fill out the contact form if you would like us to come run any of the above options or check out or clinic focused offerings below. All rescues and clinics get 1 free “Desserts and Dog Behavior” every year!

  1. Dog Body Language: The stuff they didn’t teach you in vet school! This is one of our all-time favorites. Learn to read dog body language like a behavior consultant, so you can make your life safer in your clinic.  Help educate (and impress!) your clients, reduce bites, and feel like you have superpowers! (Optionally includes having your team take some very short clips of dogs in your clinic for us to analyze together. It’s more interesting when it’s dogs you know!)

  2. Dog Behavior Q and A: The team can bring their behavior questions, including questions on Fear Free handling for  the clinic, dog play, training or behavioral triage advice for clients, questions about their own pets, etc. Love to have them write their questions down in the weeks before meeting so they have them. Also happy to start with some questions from the management team if there are topics you’d like to see addressed

  3. Lowering Stress: Our top tips for ways to reduce stress for dogs and cats in-clinic as well as at home! Including reading body language like a pro, safer handling practices, an introduction to cooperative care, and crate rest approved mental stimulation.
