Cancelation/reschedule Policy/ RefunD
Any training appointment canceled within 48hours of the appointment is charged $90. Before 48 hours no charge. All training programs will need to be completed within 4 months. No Refund for any group class or Puppy Primary. Full refunds will only be available on private, day training, and board and train sessions canceled 2 week BEFORE the first appointment. If within 1 week window a refund, minus 30% will be returned to you. If within 48 hours the cancellation charge ($90) will also be added. No refund will be permitted after any training program has started.
Safety
Horns to Halos Dog Training, L.L.C. will endeavor to create as safe an environment as possible for training of my dog and will offer only sound, safe, and responsible training and training instructions. There is always some unavoidable risk of injury involved when working with animals, especially animals with behavioral issues. There is no way anyone can 100% guarantee the actions of another living being, including animals and that I agree to hold harmless Horns to Halos Dog Training, L.L.C. of any future actions of my animal(s).
Training Tools
Horns to Halos will not use prong collars, choke collars, or e-stim (shock) collars. These tools are not compatible with the training plans we will be implement with your dog. If you feel you need these tools please talk with your trainer. I understand that the recommendation of any other products or service is not a guarantee of my satisfaction with that product or service, but we have many years of experience guiding these recommendation.
Time
I understand that any new behavior is going to take time for my dog to learn. While we try to help you break the practice time into small easy to manage 5 minute or less exercises. When the exercises get longer we will help you find to fit them in to your life. The more time you have for practice the faster you will see results!
